Document Scanning

We scan in the industry standard Group IV Tiff format or PDF, at 300 DPI. We provide color, black and white, and oversize scanning in all paper dimensions. In addition, we can supply you with blowbacks (hard copies using a high speed printing system), electronic bates labeling, and specified annotations. Every scanned image is checked for quality against the original image to ensure that everything has been captured accordingly. With your scanned images we can create any load file format to meet your needs.

Media Duplication

Streamline also has the capability to copy and replicate any item that is unable to be scanned, such as DVD’S, VHS’, CD’s and/or cassette tapes.

Photocopying

Streamline can copy all your original documents and give you mirrored duplicates, matching the original set of documents. Our photocopy department specializes in completing projects within a timely manner. We provide color copying, bindery services, bates labeling and oversize copying. We maintain the integrity of your documents with a quality control procedure that includes a page for page evaluation of original with the copy set.

Coding Services

Coding

Streamline Imaging offers objective and subjective coding, a data entry tool. Objective coding includes field-based data entry, while subjective coding is based on summarization of information. Both data entry types are both a vital part of document database management.

Summation/Concordance

Streamline has a full time staff member who is a certified trainer in both Concordance and Summation, giving the client the choice of database applications with the confidence that they will receive full technical support with either application.

Data Hosting

Data Hosting service provides options both from an application standpoint and a data type standpoint. Streamline has the ability to offer both native electronic review as well as image data review. Our hosting infrastructure is designed to allow remote access to an image collection using TCP/IP as the access protocol. We utilize a state-of-the art, secure, client/server program that allows remote users to use a standard internet connection to connect and retrieve images, encrypted, from a remote location with a standard summation or concordance installation.
